I had a really great experience with JP, he was so knowledgeable about running - The shoes, the socks, electrolytes, gels. He shared factual information, but also give me his personal advice as a runner when asked, which I find very helpful. The store itself had a great selection of all necessities surrounding running and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Staffs were so helpful and know what they are doing. Also there's plenty of running shoes models which you can try on. Today the Lady help me picked a right size since I was wearing wrong size all my whole life. Thank you ! I’ll be back in future .

If you need anything and running. This is the store for you. They have many brands of running shoes. They have lots of clothing options. They are a Garmin distributor. They also have many different hydration options . Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of street parking out front

This is truly one of the friendliest places you could ever visit! It’s an outstanding running store where you’re greeted with a warm smile the moment you walk in. The staff takes the time to really listen to your needs, letting you test shoes on the treadmill and providing a detailed gait analysis. Everyone is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable — genuinely focused on helping you find the perfect fit. I was assisted by Lori, who was absolutely wonderful! Even though I live out of town, I’d happily make the drive again just to come back here. Highly recommend!

After getting back into running, I was in need of a new pair of shoes and was recommended this place by multiple people. I was greeted kindly as soon as I entered the store and helped immediately. Eva provided me with a gait analysis and even offered me training tips to support my running style. Based on my gait analysis, she brought out a series of shoes for me to try on and even encouraged me to run in each of them on the treadmill. The customer service here is truly exceptional. I never felt rushed, and the entire experience felt like a private consultation. I've recommended this place a ton of times since then and still felt compelled to leave a review months later. I hope that speaks for itself! I ended up selecting the Asics Novablast 5s which are now my favorite pair of running shoes yet. Thank you, Eva! You're the best!! 😊

Definitely the best running shoe store I’ve visited. They carry top-quality brands and, most importantly, have options for wider feet, which is not easy to find. I was really impressed that they stock brands you don’t usually see in other stores, like Topo and Altra. I ended up buying the Topo Phantom 4, and it fits exactly how I needed. Gino helped me out, and you can tell he really knows his stuff. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me to the shoe that truly fits my feet—not just what’s popular. Highly recommend this place if you want a proper fitting and great service.

Excellent! This was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. I was put on the treadmill, educated on my Gait, footwear technology, running, and what to look for in comfort and size. Then I was shown several different models while they patiently waited for me to walk the store to find the most comfortable shoe. The whole experience was nostalgic for me. I felt like I was a kid again in a place where a person saw you and took care of you. To get the colorway, I had to order which I also enjoyed.( We always have the option of immediate gratification, but I wanted to make a different choice, and support this business) The anticipation developed over a week. " We can deliver to your home" the salesperson said. I replied "Thank you, but I want to pickup in store." This was a journey into Running and my self care. When I returned, I was greeted with smiles, my excitement was through the roof when they came out with the box. This was much more than buying the right running shoes, it was a core memory that locked me in as a customer for life. I was recommended a book to teach me running techniques which I value more than Gold! Thank you So much for doing what you do! Always support family owned businesses! Footworks is the best and has a special place in my life.

They are so helpful and smart. The owners work with the staff and they all ask the right questions to get you the best shoes for your athletic abilities. Prices are great. Appreciate this kind of business and locals do as well.
